Manual Profile Setup

Set up your profile manually by providing your company details and a proof of operation.

1. Click on “Set up manually”
2. Input your information

3. Upload supporting documents for your business e.g. ACRA business file (if registered in Singapore)

Note: This helps us to verify that new registrations are legitimate users of business entities.

5. For manual profile setup, there will be a profile verification process. During this profile verification period, your access to some features will be limited.

Note: Our team will verify your profile and complete the process within 7-14 business days. Please note that access to some features will be limited during this time.
